Steps to Try
If you can't get the PictoPocket frame to work, please try the following. If it still doesn't work after trying these, please contact us for support.
1. Make sure you're in range
Make sure the phone is less than 10 feet from the PictoPocket when changing the image.
2. Try closing and re-opening the app
3. Confirm the app is allowed to use bluetooth
For iOS: Settings -> Apps -> PictoPocket -> Switch Bluetooth to ON
For Android: Settings -> Apps -> PictoPocket -> Permissions -> Bluetooth ON
4. Confirm the battery is working
Press the side button on the frame, confirm a white light near the button flashes quickly. If it does not, wait 30 seconds and try again. If no white light flashes, it means the battery is empty. If the frame is new, or less than 1 year old, please contact us for help. If the frame is older than 1 year, please try to replace the battery.
